Who We Are

GPU.ai is operated by BitCore AI Ltd (“BitCore AI”, “we”, “us”), a private company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Commercial License No. CL12915). See our imprint for full company details.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GPU.ai services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which form an agreement between you and BitCore AI Ltd. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Service Description

GPU.ai provides on-demand GPU cloud computing services, including instance provisioning, management, and billing. We aggregate GPU inventory from multiple providers to offer competitive pricing.

Billing and Payment

Usage is billed per second. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Your use of GPU.ai — including any compute workloads you run and any AI prompts, inputs, and outputs you submit or generate — is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms.

Customer Responsibilities & Indemnity

You are solely responsible for the GPU compute workloads you provision, the software and models you run on them, and the AI prompts, inputs, training data, and outputs you submit to or generate through our serverless inference services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful, that you hold all rights and consents necessary for the data and models you process, and that your workloads do not infringe the rights of any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BitCore AI Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your workloads, data, models, prompts, or outputs; (b) your misuse of the services; or (c) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compute capacity will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will BitCore AI Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the total amounts you paid to us for the services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). You and BitCore AI Ltd irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts to settle any such dispute or claim.
