Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the GPU.ai platform operated by BitCore AI Ltd. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every GPU compute workload you provision and every AI prompt, input, and output you submit to or generate through our serverless inference services. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Prohibited Compute Abuse
You may not use GPU.ai compute resources to:
- Mine, farm, or otherwise generate cryptocurrency or other blockchain assets.
- Launch or participate in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, flooding, or other attempts to degrade or disrupt any system or network.
- Perform unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or intrusion against systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control infrastructure, or tools designed to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or host phishing, fraud, or other deceptive content.
- Circumvent usage metering, billing, rate limits, isolation boundaries, or any technical control of the platform, or attempt to access resources or accounts that are not yours.
Prohibited AI Uses
You may not use our serverless inference or compute services to create, train, fine-tune, or generate:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts minors.
- Content that incites, facilitates, or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or the targeted harassment, bullying, threatening, or doxxing of any person or group.
- Instructions or material that meaningfully facilitate the development or use of weapons — including biological, chemical, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield explosive weapons — or that enable cyber-weapons, exploits, or large-scale intrusion campaigns.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or other impersonation, fraud, or disinformation intended to deceive, defame, or manipulate.
- Unlawful discrimination, or automated decisions affecting individuals (such as in credit, employment, housing, or insurance) made without appropriate human oversight and legal safeguards.
- Any content or activity that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy or data-protection law, or is otherwise unlawful in the jurisdictions where you and your users operate.
Enforcement & Termination
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, take action including throttling, suspending, or terminating workloads or accounts, removing offending content, and reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately when a violation poses a risk to the platform, our other customers, or third parties. Violations may also be a breach of our Terms of Service.
